Check all required files are back such as soil samples and roots.
Download from claim send all required files into a file to work on. Typically this will be a site report, CCTV report if required and not already in the site report, soils if required, roots if required.
Check initial instruction from Structural Engineer (SE) against the Catalyst report for what they have requested such as location of trial holes, what tests required and zone of influence/ areas of investigate. Any issues make a note so you can speak to the contractor to clarify once you have checked the complete report.
Change the date to the day you are writing the report and check and required claim and policy numbers are put on the report.
Check the site report for grammar, spelling.
Read through report and check it makes sense and if not make a note to discuss with contractor and make changes accordingly.

Total: Add total cost of work done to date here by adding up Cost to date, Soils and Roots.

- Attached all required reports to initial email instruction from client and send.

- Copy sent report email to client into headlines
- Set a reminder if further work is required of - 08 Set Outcome and diary.
