Why this Academy
Drainage, off-mains and subsidence claims are now a meaningful share of Catalyst's work — and the technical bar is high. The wrong answer on responsibility, the wrong gradient on a replacement field, or the wrong CIPP wall thickness can turn a routine claim into a complaint, a regulatory breach, or a liability dispute. The Academy gives every handler, surveyor and supplier the same baseline: WRc rules, current Building Regs and General Binding Rules, the British Standards behind them, and a reliable way to apply them on a real instruction.

Drainage Claims (WRc)
Six modules built around the WRc Drain Repair Book (4th edition). Ownership rules, defect classification, repair specifications, off-mains treatment, tree roots, and applying it on a live claim.

BS 6297 / Part H percolation testing on site, Vp calculation, drainage field sizing, and a built-in calculator workbook used by Catalyst surveyors.
